Quality Assurance
We have long placed a high priority on product quality and operate a policy of continuous quality improvement across our entire operation. As well as our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance, who are accredited by the National Accreditation Council of Certification Bodies (NACCB), we hold accredited approvals by the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and the Japan Accreditation Board (JAB).
To give further assurance of our product quality to customers, we also hold product approvals from the following product certification bodies: Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LRS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Bureau Veritas (BV), Germanischer Lloyd (GL) and Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI).
In the pursuit of a strategy of quality and reliability, we treat our suppliers as important partners. As such we actively encourage their participation and support in our continuous quality improvement program.
